NOTE: The registration process consists of two steps: (1) abstract submission and
(2) payment of the registration fee.
 

1. Abstract Submission: October 1 ~ November 30, 2026.

All participants who wish to present their work at the conference, including invited speakers, hot-topic speakers, and poster presenters, are asked to submit an abstract during this period.

Abstracts may be submitted by either of the following methods:

 

1) Online submission via Google Form

The form will also ask you to provide your personal information and, if applicable, information regarding any accompanying person(s).

Participants who prefer not to use Google Forms, or who are unable to access Google Forms, may download the abstract template below, complete it, and submit it by email.

2. Registration Fee Payment: January 1 ~ February 28, 2027

All abstracts submitted during the abstract submission period will be reviewed by Local Organizing Committee in December 2026. Only participants whose abstracts are accepted by  the committee will be invited to proceed with payment of the registration fee. The committee will also select hot-topic speakers from the accepted abstracts.

 

The online payment system for the registration fee will be available through the conference website according to the following schedule:

• Early-bird registration: January 1~ 31, 2027

• Regular registration: February 1~28, 2027

 

During the payment process, you will also be asked to provide your travel information.

 

# Registration fees
(The registration fee includes hotel accommodations and all meals during the conference.

Conference banquet event is open to all registered attendees.)

   Regular rate (EUR 1,600)
(2) Students/Postdocs (Shared room, two persons per room):

   Regular rate (EUR 900)
(3) Students/Postdocs (single room):

   Regular rate (EUR 1,100)
